Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse

non dairy milk
Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh of the avocado and mash in a bowl.
Add the avocado to the food processor. Add in the cocoa powder and the maple syrup, non dairy milk, vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth. Refrigerate
To serve you can put into small glasses and top with vegan whip cream or add some fresh fruit like raspberries or strawberries specked with shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or chocolate morsels.
