Turmeric Almond Butter Dressing

Turmeric Almond Butter Dressing is vegan and oil free and a blend of ginger, garlic, turmeric, almond butter and maple syrup.

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • pinch of salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional optional


  • To a blender add in all the ingredients and blend till smooth about 1 minute.
  • For a thicker dressing, add the dressing to a container and add in the chia seeds and stir. Refrigerate fro 2 hours to thicken.
  • Refrigerate dressing for up to 5 days.
