Turmeric Almond Butter Dressing
Turmeric Almond Butter Dressing is vegan and oil free and a blend of ginger, garlic, turmeric, almond butter and maple syrup.

- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- pinch of salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional optional
To a blender add in all the ingredients and blend till smooth about 1 minute.
For a thicker dressing, add the dressing to a container and add in the chia seeds and stir. Refrigerate fro 2 hours to thicken.
Refrigerate dressing for up to 5 days.
