  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 apple, chopped gala apples or apple of choice
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 cucumber, small diced
  • 1 cup sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Turmeric Almond Nut Butter Dressing


  • Remove the stem from the kale and roughly chop the kale. Squeeze some fresh lemon and massage the kale with lemon juice.
  • Chop the veggies into bit size pieces and mince the red onion. Mix in the cooked quinoa, diced red onions, sliced apples, cucumber,¬†and sprouts and mix the salad together.
  • Dress the salad with a couple table spoons of the Turmeric Almond Butter Dressing and mix together. You could also use any other salad dressing of choice. Ready to serve or refrigerate.
