  • 1 15.5 oz can chick peas
  • 1 15.5 oz can kidney beans


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain and rinse beans.
  • Add parchment paper to baking sheets. Add beans. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes
  • Turn the beans half way through. Roasted until desired crunchiness.
    Remove from the oven and serve.
