Balsamic Dijon Dressing
This Balsamic Dijon dressing is one of my go to dressing recipes for something quick, easy and delicious. It is great for a salad or roasting vegetables. The recipe only has three ingredients and takes under 5 minutes to prepare. This dressing is also oil free, vegan and gluten free.
I like that I can make it on the spot and love the tangy flavors of the dijon mustard mixed with the maple syrup.
Ingredients Balsamic Dijon Dressing:
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Maple Syrup
- Dijon Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps to create the dressing:
In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk together.
Store in the refrigerator.
This dressing was used recently in Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Butternut Squash recipe.
